These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are applicable when you register an account and use the application Stylemine (the “App”) provided by H&M Hennes & Mauritz GBC AB, org.no. 556070-1715, with its registered office on Mäster Samuelsgatan 46 A, 106 38 Stockholm, Sweden (“we,” “us” or “Stylemine”). By registering an account (the “Account”) you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App gives you the opportunity to find and share style inspiration through various features as described in the App from time to time. Stylemine may add, modify, or remove content and features on the App at Stylemine sole discretion. Any new or modified content or features will be subject to these Terms.
We reserve the right to make amendments to these Terms from time to time without prior notice. If such amendments will materially affect your use of the App or your Account negatively, we will send you a prior notification via SMS. If you do not agree to the amendments, you may terminate your Account and stop using the App.
To register an Account you must be at least 18 years old, or 16 years old and have the consent of a parent, guardian, or legal representative as applicable. We reserve the right to request written confirmation of such consent You also need to provide us with your phone number. The Account is personal and non-transferable.
Your Account will remain active until it’s terminated by either you or us. You may terminate your Account at any time, and for any reason, by sending an email to info@stylemine.com. If your Account is terminated, irrespective of by you or by Stylemine, your access to the App will cease immediately.
If you are proven or in Stylemine sole discretion reasonably assumed to be in violation of these Terms we have the right to terminate your Account without any prior notice to you, and we reserve the right to refuse any new Accounts you attempt to create in the future. We also have the right to terminate your Account if we decide to no longer provide the App.

The App may give you the option to upload text, files, images, videos or other materials (collectively "Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights in Your Content. By uploading Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable and transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and otherwise fully exploit Your Content. In essence, this means that Your Content may be used by us at our discretion, including in marketing or advertising. The license will end when you delete Your Content or if you terminate your Account. By uploading Your Content you represent and warrant that: (i) you own Your Content or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, (ii) the uploading and use of Your Content on the App does not violate the privacy rights, intellectual property rights, contractual rights, or any other rights of any natural or legal person.
You may not post Your Content that is illegal or that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Please report content that is illegal or that is in breach of these Terms or our Community Guidelines through the reporting function in the App.Unless otherwise noted, the App including the software, source code, trademarks, text, images and/or any other content and materials that are part thereof and/or thereon provided by Stylemine, is the sole intellectual property of Stylemine. Such content is intended solely for your personal and non-commercial use. No right, title or interest in any such content or intellectual property rights generated therefrom is granted or transferred to you as a result of your use of the App or your Account.
When using the App, we collect and use data about you and others to personalise your and other's experience and to help you discover content and that may interest you. We also collect and use data about you and others to research, develop, test and improve our Services. Our Privacy Notices explains how we use data to improve our Services in more detail.
Stylemine does not assume any liability for any purchases of products or services via the App.
Stylemine does not warrant that access to the App or your Account will be delivered uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Technical support is provided on a best-effort basis. If you experience any issues, please email us at info@stylemine.com.
Although uploaded Your Content may be posted on the App, such postings does not constitute our endorsement. We are not responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damage in connection with such uploaded Your Content. We reserve the right to in our sole discretion remove any uploaded Your Content that we deem to be in violation of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit Stylemine liability to a greater extent than permitted by law.
These Terms are governed, interpreted, and applied in accordance with the laws of Sweden. However, if the user of an Account is resident in another country than Sweden these Terms can be subject to mandatory consumer protection laws and regulations in force in the country of residence which may provide the user additional rights.
If any clause or part thereof in these Terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, such unenforceability will not affect the enforceability of the remaining part of the clause or any other clauses in these Terms.
